Training Information

For puppy, obedience, rally, and agility training, you should have and use:

• a buckle collar
• 6-foot lead
• lots of soft treats and/or a favorite toy.

Please note the WKC does not permit retractable leashes for safety issues.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations that occur once registration is closed for any training class.
• Due to the number of no-shows, your spot in the class is not guaranteed until payment is received.  If you want to be sure you are in the class, please pay by credit card. Send all payments ahead of time.  Do not wait to bring your check to class.
• Paper registrations are no longer accepted. Use our training page for class information and sign up.  There is a computer at the WKC Training Facility if you would like to connect to the website from the facility.

Session 1 starts the week of January 8, 2024

Session 2 starts the week of February 26, 2024

Session 3 starts the week of April 15, 2024

Session 4 starts the week of June 3, 2024

**All classes are off the week of July 4**

Session 5 starts the week of July 29, 2024

Session 6 starts the week of September 16, 2024

Session 7 starts the week of November 4, 2024

**All classes are off the week of Thanksgiving**

Whether or not you are a WKC member, you’re welcome to enroll your dog in any of our wonderful training classes. Unless otherwise noted, our classes involve six weekly hour-long sessions. Cost for non-members is $140.00 and $100 for WKC members.
